Ordering & Pricing

Why don't you show checkout prices?

Flooring pricing depends on the quantity you need, current stock levels, and whether you need local pickup or freight shipping. A flat price on the website would often be inaccurate. We quote based on your actual project details — it takes less than a minute to request and we respond fast.

How do I get a price?

Fill out our Request a Quote form with your name, zip, square footage, and product interest. We respond within 1 business day — usually faster. You can also call or text (805) 329-1467 directly.

Is your pricing competitive?

Yes. We focus on quality materials at fair, competitive pricing, and we quote per project so you get an accurate number for your exact quantity and delivery. Contractor and volume pricing is available.

Do you offer bulk or contractor pricing?

Yes. The more square footage you need, the better the per-case pricing. Contractors doing regular or large installs should join our Contractor Program for priority quotes and volume pricing.

Products & Installation

What is LVP flooring?

Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) is a multi-layer synthetic flooring product that looks like hardwood but is 100% waterproof and significantly more durable. It's the most popular flooring type for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and whole-home installs.

What does 'MIL' mean?

MIL refers to the wear layer thickness — the protective top coat that resists scratching, scuffing, and dents. 20 MIL is heavy residential grade. 22 MIL is commercial-level. 30 MIL is for the most demanding commercial environments. Higher MIL = more durable.

Can I install LVP myself?

Yes. Click-lock LVP is one of the most DIY-friendly floors available. No glue or nails required — planks click together and float over the subfloor. Most homeowners can install 400–600 sqft in a weekend with basic tools.

What subfloor types does LVP work over?

Most LVP can go directly over concrete slab, plywood, and OSB. Some products allow installation over existing tile or hardwood. The subfloor needs to be clean, flat (within 3/16 inch per 10 feet), and dry.

Can LVP go in a bathroom or basement?

Yes — 100% waterproof core means LVP is safe for any room, including bathrooms, laundry rooms, and below-grade basements. It's one of its biggest advantages over hardwood.
